Mark Emlick Energy

Mark Emlick has been a successful independent developer of renewable energy and in particular small wind turbines of up to 1 megawatt. We have applied our expert knowledge in land acquisition and development to add value to a number of UK onshore wind energy projects. Our most successful projects involved the acquisition of land in Cornwall in the South West of England. Mark Emlick was able to deliver the planning permission development, environmental assessments, grid permission development and engineering design, after which we were able to exit this project through a sale to a renewable energy portfolio operator. The capital return on this project was over five times.
